The City’s Housing Department invites you to a meeting to share your feedback on the draft framework of a proposed Community Opportunity to Purchase Act (COPA) program. A COPA program would allow a qualified nonprofit the opportunity to purchase eligible properties in an effort to prevent tenant displacement and preserve existing low-cost housing.
