Proposed Project: Site Development Permit to allow the demolition of an existing 10,552-square foot building, the removal of 31 ordinance-size trees and 2 non-ordinance-size trees, and the construction of a new 70,993-square foot industrial building including 65,126 square feet of warehouse and 5,867 square feet of office on an approximately 3.63-acre site.
