The Construction Trades Workforce Initiative (CTWI) will be hosting a workshop tailored towards small, local, minority, and women contractors who are currently working in the residential retrofit market. Contractors are welcome to join for a free lunch and educational opportunity to learn more about opportunities to grow in the retrofit market, including:

• How to maximize your claim to rebates and incentives
• How to access capital and financing
• How to work under a Project Labor Agreement (PLA)
• How to access a skilled and diverse workforce pipeline
• The benefits and process to becoming a signatory contractor
