Meeting Purpose:  To discuss the applicant’s proposed project, the City's review process, and environmental review processes, and to obtain community input relative to the proposed Conditional Use Permit located at 1657 Alviso-Milpitas Road. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help refine the project as it moves forward in the review process.

Proposed Project: 

File No. CP23-016: Conditional Use Permit to allow the removal of 79 trees (35 ordinance-size, 44 non-ordinance-size) for the construction of two single-story data center buildings totaling approximately 397,205 square feet, an associated electrical substation, and 224 standby backup generators on an approximately 64.59-gross-acre site.
