Join the Nikkei Matsuri Organization and the City of San Jose in an Adopt-A-Park event for a day of weeding, pruning, and general cleanup! Enjoy the beauty and tranquility while giving back to this special San Jose landmark.

Please download the Volunteer Service Agreement form and bring the form with you to the event. Extra forms are available at the event registration table. All persons under 17 must have a parent signature.

The City of San Jose is no longer requiring volunteers to provide proof of vaccination/booster shots in order to volunteer at City-sponsored events. On the day of the event, staff will conduct a quick Health Survey. Masks are not required but are strongly recommended.

All tools and guidance provided! Please wear closed toe shoes and bring your own filled water bottle and snacks.

We will meet at the JFG main gate entrance on Senter Road. Please note that parking fees are now being charged! Parking passes for this event are available at the registration table.

Safety is our priority. COVID-19 symptom checks and protocols will be in place. Wear a face covering, maintain social distancing and PLEASE, stay home if you are sick.
