The Housing Department has completed its proposed schedule of fees for the Rent Stabilization Program. These fees are consistent with the Rent Stabilization Program staffing plan approved by the City Council on November 14, 2017 and would impact owners of rent stabilized apartments, mobilehome residents, and mobilehome park owners. The proposed fee schedule will be discussed at the HCDC meeting.
