Meeting Purpose:  To obtain community input on the project located at 2050 and 2079 South White Road. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.

Proposed project: The Pleasant Hills Golf Course site consists of 114-acres in east San José. Before a development proposal is considered, the City of San José wants to hear from residents, business owners, and community members about their ideas for the site. The City’s engagement process will result in a set of Guiding Principles that identify goals that a future development project should achieve.
