On December 19, 2017, the San José City Council took action on the implementation of the transition between the Affordable Housing Impact Fee (AHIF) and the Inclusionary Housing Ordinance (IHO). The Housing Department is hosting an outreach meeting to discuss the processes and implementation of the AHIF and IHO program moving forward.
