It’s time for the annual registration of your rent-stabilized apartments in the City of San José Rent Registry. Registration begins October 1, 2024. The deadline to re-register your apartments is November 30, 2024.
The Housing Department will host a Rent Registry webinar in English that will include a live demonstration of the registration process. Staff are available to provide assistance in other languages upon request.
