It’s time for the annual registration of your rent-stabilized apartments in the City of San José Rent Registry. Registration begins October 1, 2024. The deadline to re-register your apartments is November 30, 2024.
The Housing Department will also host in-person workshops to assist you with the registration process. During these sessions, staff will be available to guide you through the registration process and help troubleshoot any issues you may encounter.
