The City of San Jose’s Department of Parks, Recreation and Neighborhood Services (PRNS) is planning the activation of Plaza de Cesar Chavez as part of the continued efforts to provide activation in San José’s “central plaza”. In addition to our seasonal activation series, PRNS has partnered with Public Space Authority (PSA) to provide family-friendly lawn games, open public space, atmospheric background music, and outdoor bistro-style seating at Plaza de Cesar Chavez. The Daily Noontime Activations program will include:

• Adirondack Chairs
• Bistro seating
• Lawn Games
• Amplified Sound
• Ping Pong
