CITY HOLIDAY TOMORROW: Tomorrow, March 31, the City’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC) will continue operating despite observance of César Chávez Day. Only one Flash Report will be issued, at 10 a.m. The City will continue to provide critical public safety and utility services during the holiday.
- Customer Contact Center: The City’s Customer Contact Center will be closed on this City-observed holiday. An answering service will provide information and assistance to callers on March 31. Non-emergency requests requiring follow-up will be routed to the proper department and handled during open business hours.
- Library and Community Centers: All City libraries and community centers remain closed as part of the City’s response to the coronavirus outbreak.
- Garbage and Recycling Service: Garbage and recycling service collection scheduled for Tuesday, March 31, will occur as usual. Residents can contact their garbage, recycling, or yard trimmings company to report missed collections, damaged carts, or to change cart size.
