San José City Council Meeting: During today’s City Council Meeting, City Manager Dave Sykes will provide an update on the City’s response to COVID-19 during Item 3.1. The meeting will start at 1:30 p.m. and will be virtual. Council members and presenters will be teleconferencing from remote locations. The public can watch the meeting on the City’s YouTube Channel. To make public comment during the meeting, email councilmeeting@sanjoseca.gov. Additional instructions for public comment are posted in the meeting agenda.

- Local Restaurants Serving Take-Out and Delivery: Residents can visit Team San Jose’s San Jose Love website to view a list or map of restaurants in your neighborhood that offer take-out, delivery, and pick-up options. Restaurant owners can post information about their offerings under the SAN JOSE EATS section of the webpage.
- work2future Assisting Job Seekers: work2future Career Centers have shifted from in-person services to remote assistance. Job seekers can visit work2future.org to find employers that are hiring, receive free training (including a metrics learning tool with over 5,000 classes), and enroll in and receive all work2future services online (workshops, career counseling, job search).
