The City’s Housing Department invites you to a public meeting to share your feedback on the draft framework of a proposed Community Opportunity to Purchase Act (COPA) program. Please join us to discuss the proposed COPA program.

Previous Meetings
The City of San José Housing Department is hosting public meetings in January to discuss a proposed Community Opportunity to Purchase (COPA) program.
The City is considering a COPA program in an effort to preserve low-cost housing and prevent displacement of vulnerable tenants. Information about the proposed COPA program can be found on the Housing Department’s COPA web page.
These public meetings will consist of brief presentations followed by time for questions and answers. Vietnamese and Spanish interpretation are available. Please join us to learn more and provide your feedback! The next two meetings will be held via Zoom:
