The Project applicant proposes to demolish the existing sports fields and associated structures and improvements, and to develop 108 townhouse units spread over 32 buildings. Twenty buildings would each contain three units (3-plex), while the remaining 12 buildings would each have four units (4-plex). A total of 22 units would be maintained as Low Income Dwelling Units.
LOCATION
The proposed project is located at 5670 Camden Avenue, southeast of the intersection of Blossom Hill Road and Camden Avenue.
ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER
The Project would occupy approximately 6.67 acres of a larger approximately 10.7-gross acre lot located at APN: 567-28-001.
Public CIRCULATION Period
The Notice of Preparation (NOP) for this project will be circulated for 30 days, from August 5, 2024 through September 5, 2024.
The public is welcome to review and comment on the draft documents linked below. Public comments must be submitted to the Environmental Project Manager no later than 5:00 PM on September 5, 2024.
An EIR Scoping Meeting for the proposed project will be held at the following date, time, and location:
