SJePlans - A portal for electronic plan review

SJePlans is the platform where you will electronically submit qualifying project plans to the City's Development Services, which includes Building, Planning, Public Works, and Fir. Staff will view and comment on your plans through SJePlans.

Access SJePlans at: https://eplan.sanjoseca.gov/Projectdox. 

Benefits. SJePlans integrates with the City's permitting system and provides one convenient place to:

  • Electronically upload project plans
  • View and respond to the City plan reviewer's comments
  • Know the status of your project at all times
  • Obtain permit issuance

CITY STAFF CREATE YOUR SJEPLANS ACCOUNT 

When you make an appointment to submit a permit application that involves paln review, if appropriate to your project, City staff will create your account in SJePlans, and you will receive an email with your login information.
