Filing a Complaint

Have you been mistreated by a San Jose Police Department officer? Have you seen someone else be mistreated by a San Jose Police Department officer? Do you have information on an event involving police misconduct? 

If so, contact us to file a complaint.

 

There are five easy ways to file a complaint:

Complaint Intake Hours

In order to allow enough time to hear and process your complaint, complaint intake hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 11:00 am and 1:00 - 4:00 pm. We strongly recommend that you make an appointment to submit your complaint.
