Carbon Neutral Creative Network

ABOUT THE NETWORK

Building a Carbon Neutral Creative Network focused on environmental and sustainability resilience involves fostering connections between organizations, businesses, and individuals who are passionate about using the arts to promote environmental protection and sustainability. This network can serve as a platform for collaboration, knowledge sharing, innovation, advocacy, leading to the development of creative solutions to environmental challenges.

Here are key steps identified for building this network during the pilot year:

  1. Identify and connect key stakeholders: Build the network by identifying organizations, businesses, and individuals who open to or who are already working on environmental and sustainability initiatives through the arts. This may include museums, theaters, art studios, design firms, environmental organizations, and community groups. Enclosed below are stakeholders who have confirmed interest in joining this network.

  1. Establish a central platform: Create a website and social media group to serve as a central hub for the network. This platform can be used to share news, resources, and opportunities for collaboration.

  1. Organize regular events: Host workshops, conferences, and networking events to bring together members of the network and foster connections. These events can provide opportunities for knowledge sharing, brainstorming, and project development.

  1. Promote collaboration and partnerships: Encourage partnerships between different types of organizations, such as arts organizations, environmental groups, and businesses. These partnerships can lead to the development of innovative and impactful projects.

  1. Highlight success stories: Showcase the work of network members through case studies, media coverage, and public events. This can help raise awareness of the network's impact and inspire others to get involved.

Program of Activities
