Eligibility Criteria

• Business or commercial property is located in the City of San José.
• Business or commercial property can demonstrate it is unable to accommodate adequate space for a Republic Services-issued ‘Wet’ cart or container for organic waste collection.
• Business or commercial property is not one of the following:
  • A new construction building project in the planning phase
  • A tenant improvement project in the alterations for commercial premises (tenant improvements projects) are not eligible to apply for a physical space constraint waiver
