Pursuant to Chapter 9.10 of the San José Municipal Code, application is hereby made for a Non-Exclusive Franchise to collect, transport, and deliver Construction and Demolition Debris (C&D) and Residential Clean-Out Materials. Applicant agrees to comply with all applicable Municipal Codes and with procedures necessary for the City to ensure compliance. Applicant acknowledges that it may not engage in the collection of commercial solid waste, which is collected under an exclusive franchise with Republic Services. Applicant acknowledges that after a franchise is granted, the applicant must submit a monthly activity and inventory report in an electronic format provided by the City, regardless of whether any services were performed in any month.
