NEW RULE: No watering of ornamental lawns or turf.
The State of California has banned the use of potable water to irrigate non-functional, ornamental lawns or turf at commercial, industrial, and institutional (CII) sites.
San José enacts limits on outdoor irrigation for residents and businesses to preserve potable water supplies amid drought emergency.
