The West Plaza is the primary outdoor event space, as it is the largest section of the Plaza at 18,497 square feet. It is located to the west of the Rotunda, and is available to reserve for a variety of outdoor events.

Capacity

The West Plaza can hold a maximum of 1,233 people. City Hall does not combine capacity of facilities and does not allow events that exceed capacity. An emergency exit path must be maintained in this area; consult with the City Event Manager for details.

Fees

Each area of the Plaza costs $125.00 per hour plus associated fees.
