Asset managers, developers, homebuyers, homeowners seeking home repair assistance and tenants seeking affordable rental housing should look at these limits in conjunction with regulatory agreements, covenants, and related documents.

When the assistance program for a housing development or a home includes more than one funding source with income restrictions, the most restrictive limits shall be applied.
