Long-term care(LTC) insurance plan, underwritten by the Prudential Insurance Company of America, covers expenses related to nursing home, residential facility, community, and home based care. The high cost of these facilities and services can place a huge financial burden on families and long-term care insurance provides protection against the loss of personal assets when needed.

Prudential no longer accepts applications for LTC policies effective July 1, 2013. This page is maintained for employees enrolled in the plan.
