We’re excited to announce the launch of Voluntary Benefits Plus, a new suite of voluntary benefits available through the Corestream platform. These optional coverages offer lower group rates and payroll deductions for easy payment, giving you more flexibility to customize your benefits package based on your unique needs.

• Eligibility: In addition to Open Enrollment, you can enroll as a new hire or after a qualifying life event. Pet insurance can be added at any time throughout the year.

Who and when are employees eligible?

New hires/newly eligible employees, during Open Enrollment each year, or if you experience a qualifying Life Event. Please note that some of the coverages will require medical underwriting for amounts greater than the guarantee issue amount or if employee apply for coverage outside of their initial enrollment period.  See Eligibility details within each plan below.

Pet insurance is an exception and can be enrolled in at any time.
