CivicCenter TV - Cable Channel 26
Tune in to the City's government access channel for live broadcasts of public meetings and special programming. San José 3-1-1 - Non-Emergency City Services
The non-emergency telephone number for the City of San José is 3-1-1. You can also report issues with city services by downloading the San José 311 app on iOS and Android.
Dial (408) 277-8900 to report non-emergency police situations, such as noise disturbances, parking complaints, lost and found property and crimes NOT in progress. The San José Police Department encourages residents to use their own judgment when determining the nature of their situation. When in doubt, however, the Police Department recommends that residents call 9-1-1.
9-1-1 - The Number to Call for All Emergencies
In the event of a police, fire, or medical emergency, call 9-1-1. For cellphone users, call (408) 277-8911. Trained personnel are available to help you, 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
