Quick Steps

1. Start a Call or Share Meeting ID

      • With mouse or touch screen select “new meeting”

      1. Click top left of the screen, click green shield symbol to get meeting ID info
         
         
2. Join Meeting

      • With mouse or touch screen click “join” 
      • Enter Meeting ID 
        
        
3. Share Screen
   1.  How to share screen without joining a call  
      • On your laptop open zoom app 
      • Check “share screen” 
      • Type in sharing ID found on top right of DTEN home screen 
   2. How to share screen while on a call from laptop 
      • Once in a call, select green icon that says share screen 
      • Select which window to share

4. Whiteboard

      • Click “whiteboard” on DTEN Home screen to start whiteboard feature
   2. How to save whiteboard
      • Once you are done using whiteboard, hit save icon on the bottom left of the icons tray and enter email you would like to send the drawing to

5. Audio
   1. How to increase and decrease volume
      • Shake mouse for DTEN, once menu pops up the right most icon is a volume icon. That will allow you to increase or decrease the volume

Dten Stylus

• Stylus is magnetically attached to the back of the Dten, you can use this while drawing on the whiteboard as an alternative to using your finger.

Camera Auto Control

• To turn off auto control select setting>camera control>Manual
