City Council Focus Area Community Survey

The purpose of the City Council Focus Areas is to hold the City of San José accountable to driving positive outcomes and performance on a very limited number of priorities most greatly impacting the community and to generate actionable and measurable solutions to address these priorities. The Focus Area Community Survey enables the City Council to understand the community perspective on these priorities. As such, the Focus Area Community Survey is a critical tool for producing community-driven, actionable, and measurable solutions with a frequent reporting cadence to City Council.
