It is and will always be my intention to keep you informed of development projects moving through the City's development project pipeline. To help keep you apprised of the various projects, our team has created a District 9 Development Project Map. Many of these projects are moving through the typical approval process. A diagram of what that looks like is illustrated below. Please note that not all projects follow this pipeline diagram. Due to California's housing crisis, state law has allowed for the streamlined approval of different types of development including affordable housing projects and accessory dwelling units.
