Meeting Purpose: To describe the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input on the project located at 1197 Lick Avenue. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.

Demolition of a 11,400 square foot building and construction of a mixed-use development consisting of 569 residential units within three buildings, up to 3,000 square feet of child day care or commercial space and the removal of 64 Ordinance-sized trees and 58 non-Ordinance sized trees on an approximately 6.96-gross acre site.
