Meeting Purpose: To describe the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input on the project located at 2740 Ruby Avenue. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.
Proposed project: Rezoning (File No. C20-012) from the R-1-5 Single-Family Residence zoning district to the PQP Public/Quasi-Public zoning district and Special Use Permit (File No. SP20-024) to allow an approximately 17,749-square foot private gathering facility on an approximately 1.86-gross acre site.
