Proposed Site Development at 488 East St. John Street, Community Meeting, Project No. H20-007

Meeting Purpose:  To describe the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input on the project located on the southwest corner of East St. John Street and North 11th Street. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.

 

Proposed project:

Site Development Permit (File No. H20-007) to allow the demolition of three residential buildings, the removal of four ordinance-sized trees, and the construction of a new four-story residential building (46.5 feet in height) with one level of underground parking, including 46 multi-family residential rental units, 30% of which will be restricted affordable for low-income residents, and 30 parking spaces.
