Meeting Purpose:  To inform the community and gather community feedback on a proposed amendment to the General Plan Neighborhood Business District Overlay that would allow residential uses in the Willow Glen Neighborhood Business District. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the proposed policy updates.

Proposed project: GPT21-001

As part of the 4-Year Review of the General Plan, the City is exploring allowing residential uses in non-Urban Village Neighborhood Business Districts. The General Plan 4-Year Review Task Force directed staff to conduct community outreach to determine the allowed residential densities and heights of potential mixed-use development that could result from this proposed policy change. This community meeting is focused on the Willow Glen Neighborhood Business District.
