Proposed Project: Special Use Permit and Subdivision Map, File Nos. SP20-032 and T19-013, to allow the demolition of a 42,550-square-foot commercial building and the construction of a 20-story, 1,279,673- square foot office tower, including ground floor retail, museum space and four levels of below grade parking on the 2.55-gross-acre site.
