Meeting Purpose: To describe the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s planning review process, and to obtain community input on the project located at 1007 Blossom Hill Road. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.
Proposed Project: Special Use Permit (SP21-029) to allow the demolition (approx. 11,000 square feet) of an existing commercial building (Fish Market) and the construction of a seven-story building, with five-story, 271-unit multi-family 100% affordable housing development over two-levels of parking, leasing office and amenities (7,568 square feet), on a 1.85-gross acre site. The project is pursuing SB330 Review and density bonus concessions and waivers.
