Meeting Purpose: To describe the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input on the project generally bounded by Bret Harte Drive to the north and Raich Drive to the south, approximately 100 feet east of Brooktree Court to the west, and approximately 350 feet west of Queenswood Way to the east. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.
Proposed project: Site Development Permit (H21-016) to allow the construction of 15 detached single-family residences with six ADUs, and to allow the removal of 18 ordinance-size trees and 27 non-ordinance trees on an approximately 4.97-gross acre site.
Vesting Tentative Map (T21-017) to allow subdivision of two lots into 15 residential lots and four remainder parcels on an approximately 8.6-gross acre site.
