Purpose

The City of San José in collaboration with the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) will be updating four urban village plans (Five Wounds, Little Portugal, Roosevelt Park, and 24^th Street & William) in your vicinity. City records indicate that your property may be located within the area of influence of these proposed urban villages, which are all located within a half-mile radius of the future 28^th Street/Little Portugal BART station. You are invited to join the first of five community workshops where the project team will present existing conditions and assets and identify opportunities and constraints for future development in this area.
