Meeting Purpose: To discuss the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s project and environmental review processes, and to obtain community input relative to the Planned Development Zoning, Planned Development Permit, and Vesting Tentative Map located at 2400 Ringwood Avenue and 1849 Fortune Drive. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help refine the project as it moves forward in the review process.
Proposed Project:
PDC22-099: Planned Development Rezoning to rezone an approximately 17.65-gross acre site to a PQP(PD) Zoning District to allow an increase in building square footage capacity from 347,561 square feet to 485,000 square feet.
PD22-030: Planned Development Permit to allow the removal of 90 trees (21 ordinance-size, 69 non-ordinance-size), the on-site relocation of an existing approximately 4,377-square foot building (Berchman’s Hall), the demolition of an approximately 22,287-square foot academic building (Wade Hall) for the construction of an approximately 44,698-square foot academic building and the reconfiguration of an existing parking area on an approximately 17.65-gross acre site.
