The activation event titled "Urban Peace" within the Mayfair Community in Eastside Side San Jose will create a safe place of creative expression for the youth by providing a sense of self-acceptance through a celebration of their personal interests.

By creating a positive culture in the youth, they will embody a more connected and peaceful outlook with the people in the neighborhood thus minimizing violence and vandalism while creating a sense of a united community.

"Urban Peace" will tap into the inner Hip-Hop enthusiast of the Mayfair Community. Guests of all ages will experience art, music, dance, and extreme sports. One impactful 8’x 8’ wooden structure will serve as a platform for four live painters while TWC works on beautifying Mayfair’s walls by creating 4 new murals for the neighborhood.

The early hours of the event will begin with a skate competition produced by The City Peace Project finishing off the event with an all styles dance battle produced by  Leon Thallion . DJ Efli will provide the crowd with energy throughout the event.
