Meeting Purpose:  The City of San José is creating the Capitol Caltrain Station Area Plan that will guide future development next to the Capitol Caltrain Station. The area is envisioned with commercial and residential development. This will be the second of two community workshops. The workshops are designed so that everyone can share their ideas about the future of this area. Your participation is encouraged.

This is a community workshop about a City of San José planning process for the “Capitol Caltrain Station Area.” At the meeting, the project team will provide an overview of what we heard from community members at the first workshop in May 2022, present conceptual plans incorporating this feedback, and discuss goals and policies to further refine the Station Area Plan.
