NOTICE: Effective January 1, 2023, applicants who have projects on private property that require review under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) must directly contract with an environmental consultant as listed below. 

Read Director Chris Burton's letter to builders and the development community to learn more about the decision regarding the required use of City-approved environmental consultants and how we are improving our Environmental Review process with respect to audit findings. 

Prior to January 1, 2023, for projects subject to CEQA review, you must directly contract with an environmental consultant but you are not required to select the consultant from the list below.

All environmental documents submitted to the City are subject to peer review at the applicant’s expense.
