Hotel Clariana Phase II

Site Development Permit Amendment and Tentative Map to allow a mixed-use project, including construction of a seven-story, 41-unit residential condominium building in addition to the previously approved 63-room  addition to the existing 44-room hotel. The project also includes reconfiguration of approved floor plans, surface parking and the construction of a below-grade parking garage, and reduced parking for the hotel and the residential building.
