Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Procurement

CIP PROCUREMENT Opportunities

The City posts its procurement opportunities, including all procurement documents, questions and answers, addenda, and final results, on Biddingo, the City’s internet-based e-procurement system. Vendors must register in Biddingo to receive procurement-related notifications and to respond to City of San José solicitations. While Biddingo does offer additional optional for-fee services, there is no cost to register for, receive, and respond to City of San José solicitations. If you have questions or need assistance registering in Biddingo, please contact Biddingo directly at (800) 208-1290 or info@biddingo.com.

Information about CIP-related procurements, including construction Requests for Bids and professional service Requests for Qualification and Requests for Proposals can be found by filtering by “Public Works”.
