The rate for most parking meters is $2.00 per hour, and will be indicated on the meter. The event rate for metered parking in the SAP Arena area and in the vicinity of the Convention Center varies between $0 and $25 depending upon the event; and will be indicated on the pay-stations.

Hours and Days of Operation

The majority of parking meters operate Monday through Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., except city holidays. The multi-space meters in the HP Arena area are also in operation during events at the arena, which may include Sundays and city holidays.
