Branham Lane Safety Project

Project Description

The Branham Lane Quick-Build Traffic Safety Improvements will make the street safer for all by installing safety improvements that are easy to adjust and move.

Vision Zero aims to end fatalities and reduce severe injuries caused by traffic collisions. San José adopted a Vision Zero transportation safety initiative in May 2015. We have identified Branham Lane as a Vision Zero Priority Safety Corridor because of the high number of fatal and severe injury crashes.

Project Extent

The project will extend along Branham Lane, from Meridian Avenue to the west to Monterey Road to the east.
