Proposed Planned Development Zoning and Planned Development Permit at 1530 West San Carlos Street, Community Meeting, Project # PDC19-014 & PD19-014.

Planned Development Zoning from the Commercial Pedestrian Zoning District to the CP(PD) Planned Development Zoning District; and a Planned Development Permit to allow the development of two seven story mixed-use buildings with one level of below-ground parking, including 173 residential units and approximately 17,189 square feet of commercial uses on an approximately 1.34-gross acre site.

Purpose: To describe the proposed project, the environmental review and planning process, and obtain community input on the project and issues to be discussed in the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) analysis. This Community / EIR Public Scoping Meeting will be held in compliance with the City’s Public Outreach Policy (6-30) and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), as amended. Public input on the scope of the EIR is encouraged so that the review addresses all relevant environmental issues.
