The building would be 6 stories tall and would include 61 residential units on floors 2 through 6. The first floor and part of the second floor would be occupied by approximately 18,000 square feet of commercial space (retail/office). Parking would be in an underground garage behind the commercial space. The existing buildings on-site would be demolished, and 16 trees would be removed. The project includes a Tentative Map to subdivide the lot into 61 condominium units and 9 commercial units for the purposes of individual sale. The project is situated on an approximately 0.82-gross acre site.
Purpose: To describe the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input on the project. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process.
