Meeting Purpose: To describe the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input on the project located on 790 Portswood Drive and 0 Bret Hart Drive. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help inform the project’s design as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.
Proposed project{s): General Plan Amendment and Conforming Rezoning (File No. GP20-001/C20-007) to change the General Plan land use designation from Transportation Utility to Residential Neighborhood and a Conforming Rezoning (C20-007) from Agriculture A, Planned Development A(PD) and unzoned to Residential Neighborhood R-1-5, on approximately an 8.6-gross acre site.
