Meeting Purpose: To describe the proposed project, the environmental review and planning process, and obtain community input on the project and issues to be discussed in the Environmental Impact Report (EIR). Public input on the scope of the EIR is encouraged so that the review addresses all relevant environmental issues. Proposed Project: Special Use Permit to allow demolition of the existing residence, barn, and accessory buildings and construction of a 6-story, mixed-use building consisting of 70 residential condominium units and 20,410 square feet of commercial space; and a Tentative Map to subdivide one lot into 70 residential condominiums, 9 commercial condominiums, one lot for residential and commercial use, and one lot for common area on a 0.93-gross acre site.
