Meeting Purpose:  To discuss the applicant’s proposed project, the City’s review process, and to obtain community input on the El Paseo Signature Project located at 1312 El Paseo de Saratoga and 1777 Saratoga Avenue. Comments, concerns, and questions raised at this meeting will become part of the public record and will help refine the project as it moves forward in the review process. There are continued opportunities throughout the permit process to publicly comment on the project as illustrated in the permit process chart below.

Proposed Project:

  • Planned Development Rezoning (File No. PDC19-049) from the Commercial General and Commercial Pedestrian Zoning Districts to a Planned Development Zoning District.
  • Planned Development Permit (File No. PD20-006) to allow the construction of a mixed-use project consisting of 165,949 square feet of commercial uses, 994 residential units, off-sale alcohol, a backup generator, and extended construction hours an approximately 10.6-gross acre site.
